5. Refund Policy and Remedy

Services Not Yet Started
Clients may request a full refund if the refund request is submitted in writing before any work has commenced.

Services in Progress
If a refund request is made after work has begun but before services are fully completed, Rising Wealth Financial Services LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund. Any refund will be reduced to account for the time, effort, and services already performed.

Completed Services
No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully performed, completed, delivered, or finalized. Once services have been rendered, the associated fees are considered earned and non-refundable.

Monthly or Recurring Services
Clients may cancel recurring services at any time by providing 45 days written notice. Cancellation will apply to future billing periods only. No refunds will be issued for services already performed or for the current billing period once work has commenced.
